Refund Policy

We want you and your furry friends to love every purchase from us. That’s why we offer a 10-day return policy from the day you receive your order. To make a return, ensure the item is in its original packaging, unused, and with tags intact. Don’t forget your proof of purchase.

Any returned item must be processed through our approval. We’ll provide a return shipping label and detailed instructions for a hassle-free return process. Items sent without prior approval won’t be accepted.

For any issues with your order, such as defects, damages, or incorrect items, please contact us immediately upon receipt. We’re here to make it right.

Some items, like perishables, personalized products, or hazardous materials, aren’t eligible for return. Unfortunately, sale items and gift cards cannot be returned.

If you want to exchange an item, returning it and placing a new order is the quickest way to get what you need.

For our European Union customers, you have a 10-day cooling-off period. If your order is within the EU, you can cancel or return it within 10 days from receiving it, provided it meets the same conditions mentioned earlier.

Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we’ll notify you about the approval of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed within 10 business days via your original payment method.
